Two bloggers asked me to translate into English what I posted in Italian the other day , dealing
with a vegetarian recipe ..


5 ( or more ) zucchini
1 small onion
Pine nuts
4 tablespoons of dried breadcrumbs
Powdered garlic , salt , olive oil, (chili pepper , if you want them hot)
Some white wine

Split the zucchini lengthwise . Remove the inside pulp and grossly chop it with the other ingredients.
(Season with olive oil, salt, garlic, and some tablespoons of white wine)

Cook for 15 ‘ in a frying pan , stirring softly , until well mixed

Stuff the empy halves with the obtained preparation and spread some more breadcrumbs on top , before baking , for about 20’ at 180C.
