Questo bel palazzo d’epoca fu costruito nel 1905/1907 dagli architetti Gattermayer e Loos ,per un principe austriaco che si era invaghito di una bella milanese…..
Ora , limitatamente ai saloni del piano terreno , si chiama “Residenza Vignale” ed e’ adibito ad eventi come matrimoni , feste e mostre.
(La Fondazione San Vincenzo , quest’anno , ha voluto esporre qui la sua Fiera di Beneficenza il cui ricavato andrà in aiuto di persone bisognose.)
Dopo più di cent’anni , le sue sale , Verde , Rosa , Rossa e Oro , si presentano con gli arredi e le preziosità originali ed era interessante , questa mattina , osservare , oltre alle belle cose in vendita , gli ambienti che conservano intatte le prerogative di inizio secolo.
Ho potuto scattare qualche foto.

Questa volta , la mia ricetta e’ una spuma di tonno
1scatola di tonno da gr 250
Il succo di 1 limone
1 cucchiaio di capperi
4 filetti di acciughe
4 cetriolini sott’aceto
Gr 200 Crema di formaggio fresco( caprini /Philadelphia /crescenza /Delicapra /ricotta….)
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti nel mixer , e frullare per qualche minuto…..

As far as I know , the habit of dipping raw vegetables in olive oil/ salt / pepper-sauce ,started in central/southern Italy….( another name for it is “Cazzimperio”, but nobody knows it , in northern districts!) , but now Pinzimonio is notorious everywhere through the peninsula……
